Message from Fabián Hernández, CEO of Telefónica Colombia to employees and other stakeholders
During the last few years, we have experienced a transformation that has significantly impacted our way of life and the way we relate to others. In the midst of the profound changes and challenges we have experienced, at Telefónica Movistar we continue working to make our world more humane by connecting people’s lives.
This sense of what is human is reflected in each of the projects we undertake and, particularly, in our human talent, which constitutes the force that makes it possible for us to continue working to contribute to the construction of a better society.
For this reason, in the company we have formulated a navigation chart that seeks to serve as a guiding criterion regarding the way in which we relate to the different interest groups and, in this way, guarantee that the development of our business is done ethically. and responsibility.
This navigation chart, which constitutes Telefónica’s Code of Ethics, corresponds to our Responsible Business Principles which, together with the Anti-Corruption Policy, call on us to act with transparency, integrity and commitment in each of the areas and dimensions in which we perform.
All our stakeholders, including our administrators, collaborators, suppliers, allies, customers and society in general, are invited to heed this call and join our commitment to transparency and integrity. Together we can make Telefónica a benchmark for ethics and responsibility.
