At Telefónica Colombia we see agility as an accelerator of our digital transformation. For this reason, since 2016, we have sought strategies to innovate, automate processes, simplify operations, improve quality and reduce delivery times for our products and services, generating synergies between the different business areas.
All this has been possible through the adoption of agile methodologies in different transversal processes of the Company, which allow the alignment and synchronization of various teams, generate a shared vision for products and services, and collaboration between areas avoiding the transfer of responsibility.
