People with Disabilities

We promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, as well as the development of an organization that provides accessible services for this community. We also create awareness spaces on disability through talks, conversations, testimonials, and panels within the organization.

• We have 46 accessible Experience Centers nationwide (across 32 cities), offering specialized assistance to people with disabilities in acquiring and/or receiving advice on products and services, as well as handling requests or inquiries from clients and users with disabilities.

• Movistar Without Barriers Offering: people with disabilities in the country can access a 15% discount on the current commercial offer for postpaid mobile plans and Fiber.

• The organization has a Local Diversity Committee, responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring all these diversity-related actions, programs, and initiatives.
