We promote the habit of recognition at all levels of the organization through a platform that offers a simple and fast way for collaborators to both give and receive recognition. These acknowledgments can be made for different reasons, internally and publicly, across the entire Group.

• Uno Benefits Program

We provide our collaborators with unique and distinctive options tailored to their interests. Our Uno Benefits Program is one of them; through this program, we grant our collaborators credits to schedule benefits in the form of “time off”.

• Movistar Moments Program

This is a wellbeing program designed to provide collaborators with fun experiences throughout the year by using their available credits. The categories to choose from within the portfolio include gastronomy, sports, rest, recreation, culture, and tangible items.

• Flexible Work Measures and Remote Work (E-Work)

We aim to make the workday more flexible by giving our employees the opportunity to perform their tasks outside the Company’s facilities two days a week.

We have also implemented work schemes that allow our collaborators to choose their start and end times, as long as they meet the weekly hours required by the organization. In addition, Fridays are designated as a Flexible Day, with a continuous schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (for non-commercial roles).

Each employee at Telefónica has free access to 1DOC3, a telemedicine platform through which the collaborator and up to five family members can access medical, psychological, pediatric, sexual and reproductive health, nutrition, and veterinary consultations, among others—available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, just one click away.
