We follow the Responsible Business Principles of the Telef\u00f3nica group to be an exemplary company and earn the trust of customers, employees, suppliers, administrations and society in general. How? Behaving with integrity, commitment and transparency. For this we have different corporate policies and we ask our suppliers, fundamental allies, to act ethically, respecting human rights as much as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Putting customers at the center of what we do has led us to reinforce aspects such as quality, multi-channel and data security and privacy, also trying to help them with the Dialogando platform to make responsible use of new technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who makes all this possible? A diverse team dedicated to making our purpose a reality – making our world more human by connecting people’s lives – every day. Employees who make sustainability objectives their own -customer satisfaction, gender equality, trust in society and CO2 reduction is part of the annual variable remuneration of our teams- to advance Telef\u00f3nica and Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n
