Colombian. A lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana specialized in Political Science at Loras College (Dubuque - USA) and taxation at Universidad del Rosario.

He is the current CEO of Telefonica HISPAM and has more than 17 years of experience in management positions in telecommunications companies, actively participating in the transformation of this sector in Colombia. He worked in ETB, in its subsidiary Colvatel, led the liquidation of the former Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, TELECOM, and the creation of COLOMBIA TELECOMUNICACIONES where he later consolidated the acquisition of Telefónica S.A. as a strategic partner of the Issuer and recently its merger with Telefónica Móviles de Colombia.

Colombian. Lawyer, current General Manager of Colombia Telecomunicaciones, with a specialization in business law and an MBA. He has experience in business transformation processes from a legal and strategic vision. He has been linked to the Telefónica Group since 2006, holding responsibilities in support areas and leading business initiatives in the Issuer.
The initiatives he has led include issues related to customer promise, Big Data, closing deals with the Government -including state contribution projects for the deployment of infrastructure-, and business risk management related to customers or supply chain. He has also been responsible for legal matters, stakeholder management -including the Government- and the Issuer's representation in different boards of directors, including the telecommunications sector guild.

Since 2000, Fabian has participated in inorganic processes in the telecommunications sector to acquire and transform companies. He participated in the structuring and definition of the transformation model of Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones -TELECOM- and the creation of Colombia Telecomunicaciones. This responsibility included the closing of the process of private capital for infrastructure development. He also led the structure and legal strategy for the entry of Telefónica S.A. as a strategic partner of Colombia Telecomunicaciones and the merger with the mobile operation and the regulatory management for the capitalization process of 2012 and 2017.

He was Director of Regulatory Affairs for fixed and mobile operations and was in charge of the negotiation of enabling titles and spectrum allocation processes. This regulatory management achieved the adoption of the necessary agenda to boost the digital economy at the policy and regulatory level.

He has also been responsible for the sustainability plan of Colombia Telecomunicaciones - Responsible Business Plan - and the public positioning of the operation to take advantage of opportunities and avoid reputational risks, having made proposals at the regional level of the Group.

Spanish. Law Degree from the University of Oviedo and Master in Taxation and Tax Advisory from LLM Brigham Young University. He has experience as Legal Director of Terra Networks Spain and Telefónica HISPAM Business, as well as acting as General Secretary of Telefónica del Perú and Telefónica Digital and was also appointed (at the time) as Global Director of Legal Affairs of Telefónica S.A. Business, and Telefónica S.A. Digital Legal Transformation.

Spanish. Law Degree and Master in Computer Science and Law. He has more than 20 years of experience in various legal responsibilities in different companies and jurisdictions of the Telefonica Group. Prior to this, he worked as a lawyer in national and international firms.
In addition, he was a member of the administrative bodies of several companies of the Telefónica Group in Spain and Latin America, SAU or Telefónica Latinoamérica Holding, and SLU.

Colombian. She has a law degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a Master's Degree in Economic Law from Universidad Javeriana.

During the first two years of her professional career, she worked as a lawyer at Fiduciaria La Previsora. Then she worked in the Legal Department of Bavaria S.A., where she worked in several areas expressly related to Commercial and Financial Law. He also served as head of the Contracts Department and then continued in the external financing area of the company.

She currently serves as General Secretary of Colombia Telecomunicaciones S.A. ESP BIC and Director of HISPAM's Legal Department.

In her vast experience in the legal sector, Martha Elena records among her achievements: Active participation in the company's debt restructuring processes; in the acquisition of Celumóvil S.A. by BellSouth. She also participated in the merger and integration process between Celumovil and Cocelco, the integration of COLOMBIA TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A. E.S.P. B.I.C. and Telefónica Móviles Colombia S.A., and in different capitalization processes of the Issuer.

His professional profile combines legal practice in the service of public administrations, together with extensive experience in the private sector, making him a recognized expert in Procedural, Public, and Commercial Law and, in particular, he is an expert in Corporate Governance of companies and legal strategy in Securities Market transactions.

As a State lawyer, he was Director of the Legal Department of the Treasury Delegation in Barcelona and Deputy Director-General of Resources of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Subsequently, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of companies such as Aplicaciones Técnicas Industriales S.A., Portland Iberia S.A., Portland Morata de Jalón S.A., Radio Zaragoza S.A., Difusora de Información Periódica S.A., Unidad Editorial S.A., Telefónica Telecomunicaciones Públicas S.A.U. Since its incorporation in 1986, he has been General Manager of BETA CAPITAL S.A., a Group that included a securities company, stock exchange, and investment and pension fund management company. He has held the following relevant positions: Financial Director of PAPELERA DE ARAXES, S.A., a paper mill in Tolosa (Guipúzcoa). Financial and Purchasing Director of PROMOCIONES EUROBUILDING, S.A., a real estate and hotel group.

Colombian. Lawyer from the Universidad Libre de Colombia with a major in Social Security and a master’s degree in Law from the Universidad Javeriana.

During her work experience in the public sector, for more than 12 years, she has served as advisor to the Direction of Economic Regulation of Social Security of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and as Technical Director of the Economic Regulation Direction of Social Security. She is currently serving as Technical Subdirector of the Direction of Economic Regulation of Social Security of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.

Colombian and U.S. citizen. Systems and Computer Engineer from Universidad de Los Andes specialized in Finance at Universidad de Los Andes, Master in Business Administration at Northwestern University, and Master in Public Administration at Harvard University.

He has 27 years of experience in management positions and/or as a partner in public and private companies, mainly in the financial sector. He has been appointed commissioner to participate in projects in the Capital Markets Commission and the Pension Experts Commission, actively participating in the transformation of these sectors in Colombia. As current Executive Director of Multiple Equilibria Capital, he led the structuring of the "Fondo de Deuda para Infraestructura en Uruguay CAF I," the structuring of the "Fondo de Deuda Senior para Infraestructura en Colombia CAF-AM Ashmore I," the origination of business for The Carlyle Group in Colombia, the infrastructure investments for Advent International in the Andean Region and the capitalization of Servicios Aeroportuarios Integrados SAI S.A.S. He is also a consultant to the Government of Honduras in its Public Credit policy through the Inter-American Development Bank; as a partner and current CEO of Andina Acquisition Corporation, he promoted the first Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) listed on Nasdaq (tickers: ANDA, ANDAW, ANDAU) oriented to the Andean market, has participated as a member of IPO teams on Nasdaq and led the acquisition and merger process of Andina I with Tecnoglass and Energía Solar, creating a company with a market value in excess of US$300 million.
